ZWDS spreads the same moment across twelve named palaces, so it answers domain questions directly: this palace is your marriage, that one is your money. It is also more granular about timing through the decade and annual layers.

Western astrology tracks the real sky: planets in signs and houses. ZWDS stars are calculated points, not telescopic objects, placed by arithmetic from the lunar calendar. The systems ask different questions too. Western natal work leans psychological; ZWDS leans situational, with a heavy emphasis on when things change.

The hour decides the Life Palace, so an unknown hour is a real handicap. If you know part of the day, try the two or three plausible double hours and see which chart matches your life; that is standard practice. A chart from a wrong hour is a different person.
